Katie Marshall, LAC

is an Oregon licensed acupuncturist and a NCCAOM board certified herbalist. Katie graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Upon graduation, Katie traveled to Nepal where she spent three months volunteering in a high volume, low cost medical clinic. There she provided nearly 400 patients with acupuncture and herbal medicine. She treated such conditions as diabetes, gastritis, stroke sequella, skin conditions, and various types of pain, mental emotional disorders, pediatrics, and pregnancy support. As part of her experience in Nepal, she studied with an expert practitioner and deepened her knowledge of herbs and trigger point acupuncture.

Katie has done continuing education studies at MD Anderson’s Cancer Center and has advanced training in essential oils. She is also certified in sports medicine acupuncture, injury recovery, pregnancy and labor support. Katie enjoys treating pain, injuries, digestive disorders, cancer support and women’s health. Katie loves the outdoors and has spent much of her life raft guiding and snowboarding. She enjoys treating all kinds of athletes. She understands injury, pain and the importance of regaining your healthy, active lifestyle. Katie believes in the body’s innate wisdom and desire to be healthy.
